WarBlock Builder
Welcome to the WarBlock Builder! Simply choose your base barrel configuration, then add the options you want and click add to cart.
Please add special instruction i.e. “Please remove gas block after pinning so I can install my rail” in order notes at checkout.
Some browsers may misbehave with the builder, if you are having trouble, please first try another browser.
Your WarBlock barrel assembly will then be expertly aligned, pinned using MIL-STD 2/0 taper pins, and your selected options assembled. Or in the case of a low profile gas block, set screws will be Rocksetted in.
*Because we don’t know what your barrel looks like, images of the “Your Barrel” option are generic and may not appear true to life. Pinning and assembly charge of the “Your Barrel” option is $35. Yes we can do nitrided/melonited barrels.
We also use and can supply Aero Precision, and CMMG barrels upon request.

If sending in your barrel or hardware please ensure it follows the guide lines below.
If you send us your barrel, please ensure it has
the standard 1.9″ gas block journal and not the
shorter 1.1″ journal designed for low profile gas blocks.
If sending your barrel, please ensure that it
has not previously been pinned.
If sending in your FSB, please ensure
that it has not been previous pinned.
